I check email regularly but may take 1-3 days to respond. The site is a side project, not a full-time operation.
What to include in a good error report
The most useful reports tell me three things: what page, what the site says, and what it should say (with a source).

Reports without a source still help, just take longer to verify on my end. Reports with screenshots from the game are gold.
What I'm looking for
- Corrections to outdated character data after balance patches
- New skill multipliers as Netmarble discloses them
- Banner schedule updates (start dates, rate-up characters, currency costs)
- Calculator math errors — show the input and the wrong output
- Missing characters or weapons that should be in the database
- Feature ideas (within reason — I can't build everything)
What I can't help with
- Account issues — I'm not Netmarble support. For account or billing problems, contact Netmarble Help.
- Cheating tools or anything that violates the game's terms of service. The calculators here are for planning your legitimate pulls and team comps, that's it.
- Predicting future banners. I post the official schedule once Netmarble announces it. I don't leak anything ahead.
- Help with the game itself (story spoilers, builds, etc.). Try the r/SevenDeadlySinsOrigin subreddit or the official Discord.
